About Us

 The Treasure Valley Women's Football League was established in 2018 to provide women with the opportunity to play recreational contact flag football. This is a family-oriented league, where women are surrounded by coaches and leaders who look to empower them on and off the field.  This league developed from a series of tournaments, then became a starter league, which then developed into the Treasure Valley Women's Flag Football League. We have an established board to help govern our league and ensure every woman has an enjoyable experience.

To cultivate a mentally and physically safe environment for women, and young girls, to play flag football.
