About Us

 The Treasure Valley Women's Football League was established in 2018 to provide women with the opportunity to play recreational contact flag football. This is a family-oriented league, where women are surrounded by coaches and leaders who look to empower them on and off the field.  This league developed from a series of tournaments, then became a starter league, which then developed into the Treasure Valley Women's Flag Football League. This year we have established a board to help govern our league and ensure every woman has an enjoyable experience.
